A spokesman for the Police spoke about the brutal murder that took place on the night of Tuesday 28/12 in Larnaca.
Initially, Mr. Andreou stated that after a testimony was obtained, the two perpetrators were riding a scooter-type motorcycle.
He added that the 53-year-old has not been employed by the authorities for the past period, while he added that Andreas Evangelou was the father-in-law of the murdered Marios Georgios (Mariothkias) and the father of a prosecution witness in a major drug case.
"There are people who, if named, can influence issues that are being investigated by the Police. We are investigating all the possibilities ", said Mr. Andreou at the end.
