Out-of-court fines of 4.000 euros were imposed on two hunters for hunting in a restricted area.
According to the Police, members of the Thera Service in the area of Panagia located two people, 28 years old and 29 years old, hunting in a forbidden area.
The two persons were then taken to the local police station of Panagia. Their two shotguns were also seized as evidence, along with a number of cartridges that had a killed round. Extrajudicial fines of 2000 euros were issued against each of them.
The examinations continue from the Panagia police station.
