The professor of the Medical School of the University of Nicosia, Dr. spoke about the necessary measures, the insults he receives and how he found himself in the team of scientists. Petros Karagiannis, in a live interview with Famagusta.News.

When asked what kind of treatment he has from the world, he answered the following:

"I can not say that I received threats, but I receive insults on a daily basis. They think it is necessary if we do not want to mourn more victims.

On the other hand, we do not do it because we are masochists and we want the world to suffer and be destroyed. On the other hand I have to say that it is something I did not seek. I was asked to do it voluntarily and I still do.

Many times I am on my feet from 6:30 in the morning until 11 at night and I can tell you that anyone who sent me a message either by email or on Facebook or in any other way, I did not refuse to answer anyone.

It is a fact that I got tired because I still have my academic duties and this past two months was the most difficult in terms of academic duties for me because many times I had 6 hours a day teaching and I found time to go to the channels and answer and in messages.

"I feel a kind of bitterness when someone comes back and tells me that you are to blame for what is happening right now in Cyprus without thinking that maybe it is our head that is to blame for some things."
