In the Decree, which bears no. 46, it is noted that it is issued, "because, the protection of public health and the health care system are the responsibility of the Republic and in order to limit the spread of coronavirus disease COVID-19, the protection of public health, but also the prevention of possible collapse of the health system from the spread of the virus, taking into account the requirements in human resources and logistics that will be necessary to deal with the rapid spread of the virus and because it becomes necessary to take additional necessary measures, in addition to the Regulations issued with the Infectious Diseases (Definition of Measures to Prevent the Spread of Coronavirus COVID - 19), Decrees (No. 1) to (No. 45) of 2020, and without affecting any of the Regulations those continue to apply.
