The Ministry of Health is thinking about the universal mandatory use of the mask, according to what the Minister of Health, Konstantinos Ioannou, said on the ANT1 TV show "Mera Mesimeri".
He stressed that he will have a meeting with epidemiologists to discuss the possibility of making the use of a mask universally mandatory, as a measure to prevent further spread of the coronavirus.
The Minister admitted that at present the measure of using the mask is not applied satisfactorily even by the people who are already obliged to use it.
Konstantinos Ioannou appeared very worried about the complacency that is observed in a large part of the population, but also in professionals who work in areas of public service and the appearance of orphan cases.
