A 67-year-old woman appeared at a high school in Larnaca yesterday to take part in the Pancyprian Examinations for the Greek course.
She presented an ID card of her 18-year-old daughter, as well as a negative rapid test in her daughter's name.
The school management was informed and the police were called and took the woman to a police station for questioning.
It is worth noting that the 67-year-old daughter had not even submitted an application to participate in the Pancyprian Examinations.
Police are investigating a case of forgery.
