A 3,000-year-old man, who was found by members of the Thera Service, was accused of hunting in an area of Morfos without an out-of-hunting license, with an extrajudicial fine of 57 euros.
The members of the Thera Service located the 57-year-old in an area in Astromeritis where hunting is allowed, however the 57-year-old possessed a shotgun without a hunting license and was hunting without a hunter's license. He owned a number of cartridges and three freshly killed birds, and with him was the owner of the shotgun, 58 years old, also a hunter.
The two were taken for examination to the Peristeronas Police Station, where the 57-year-old was charged in writing with an investigated case of illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of explosives, while the 58-year-old was charged in writing with allowing the first to possess his weapon.
At the same time, the 57-year-old was charged with an extrajudicial fine of 3,000 euros, for hunting without a hunting license.
The examinations are continued by the Peristeronas Police Station.
