Ingredients for 6 people
- 230 g flour for all uses
- 1 can of pineapple (sliced)
- 115 gr. butter (to have softened)
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 ½ κουτ. γλ. baking powder
- 1 vanilla
- Or a cup of yogurt
- 3 tablespoons soup of pineapple syrup
- maraschino cherries
For the candy
- 250 gr. Brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 115 gr. whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons butter soup
- 1 teaspoon rum soup
Implementation
For the candy
- Put the water and sugar in a non-stick pan and mix with a silicone spatula, until it melts.
- Pour the cream and stir. Add the butter, stir to melt and leave the caramel aside to cool a bit.
- Grease a round form with butter and put oil glue on the bottom. Lightly butter the oil paste. Pour the candy.
- Set aside and turn on the oven at 180 C. Take the pineapple slices and place them on the bottom of the form.
- It will take 7 whole slices. Cut the other 3 in half and put them on the sides. Put the maraschino cherries in the whole slices.
- Beat the butter with the mixer, the sugar to fluff a little and add the eggs one by one.
- Add the yogurt, vanilla and 3 tablespoons of canned juice.
- Then add the flour, which we have mixed with the baking. Pour the mixture over the caramel and the pineapple slices.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for ten minutes.
- Unmold on a plate and serve.
