Bruschettas with creamy shrimp and avocado with garlic aroma

Ingredients

  • 500 gr. shrimp, peeled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil with garlic aroma
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1/4 cup teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 loaf of ciabatta or sourdough bread, cut into slices 1 cm.
  • For the avocado salad: 1 diced avocado, 1 diced ripe tomato, juice of half a lemon, salt

Implementation

Preheat the oven on the grill over medium-high heat. Place the bread in a greased pan and bake on the grill until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.

Place the garlic, paprika, lemon juice and shrimp in a bowl and mix well to combine the ingredients. Add salt as desired and mix again.

Put the garlic-flavored olive oil in a large pan and heat over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add shrimp and parsley and cook for 2 minutes until shrimp are discolored. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix the avocado, tomato, lemon juice and salt. Add the shrimp and mix gently.

Place a spoonful of shrimp and avocado mixture on toast and enjoy.
