Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes, cut
- 1 large cucumber, cut
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, cut into thin slices
- 200 gr. feta, diced
- 1/2 cup of tea Kalamon olives
- 1 large avocado, cut into cubes
- For the dressing: 1/4 cup. teaspoon olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. chopped garlic, 2 tbsp. dried oregano, 1/4 tsp. salt
Implementation

Mix the dressing ingredients in a jar.

Place all the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl. Drizzle with the dressing, mix well and add extra salt only if needed (depending on how salty your feta is).

To serve, sprinkle with extra oregano (optional). Serve with chicken, fish, lamb, beef, the choices are endless!
