Ingredients
- 1,5 kg chicken wings
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 1 cup teaspoon butter
For the sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cup tea crystal sugar
- 1/2 cup tea white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 tbsp. salt
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Cut the wings in half, dip in the egg and cover with flour.
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the wings until they turn a golden color. Place in a shallow baking pan.
- In a bowl place the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic and salt, mix and pour over the wings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-45 minutes.
