Chicken wings with soy sauce

Ingredients

  • 1,5 kg chicken wings
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 1 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
  • 1 cup teaspoon butter

For the sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup tea crystal sugar
  • 1/2 cup tea white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tbsp. salt

Implementation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Cut the wings in half, dip in the egg and cover with flour.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the wings until they turn a golden color. Place in a shallow baking pan.
  4. In a bowl place the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic and salt, mix and pour over the wings.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-45 minutes.
