Ingredients
- 1/2 kg shrimp peeled and cleaned
- 1 cup teaspoon water tea
- 1 cup teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 cup tea nuts
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large beaten eggs
- 1 cup teaspoon corn flour
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise tea
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Cooked white rice, for serving
- Green onions in thin slices, for garnish
Implementation
step 1
In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix the water and sugar and bring to a boil. Add the walnuts and simmer for 2 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove the nuts and leave to cool in a small pan.

Dry the shrimp with kitchen paper and lightly season with salt and pepper. Place the eggs in a shallow bowl and the cornflour in another. Dip the shrimp well in the eggs and then in the corn flour.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and add the shrimp in batches. Fry until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon and place on a platter lined with kitchen paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey and viscous cream. Add the shrimp to the sauce and stir.

Serve over rice with candied walnuts and garnish with spring onions.
