Italian pasta salad

A different version of the classic pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tea pasta boiled
  • 1 cup teaspoon mozzarella balls cut in half
  • 1/2 cup of salami tea cut in half
  • 2 cup tea spinach leaves
  • 2 cups tea cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup teaspoon chopped artichoke heart (canned or boiled)
  • 1/2 cup teaspoon olives in slices
  • 1/3 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Italian spice
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • A few flakes of red pepper
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Implementation

step 1

In a large bowl, toss the pasta, mozzarella, salami, spinach, cherry tomatoes, artichokes and olives.

step 2

For the dressing, add the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Italian spice, parsley and red pepper flakes to a jar, close with the lid and shake until well combined.

step 3

Season to taste and pour the dressing into the pasta bowl.

Mix well and enjoy.
