Ingredients for 2-4 people
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 650 grams of minced meat
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon grated parmesan
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- Salt
- Butter
- Flour
- Pepper

Implementation
For crepes
- Mix the flour with the salt. Beat the eggs with a cup of milk and oil.
- Pour the mixture into the flour and beat the porridge until smooth.
- Grease a small pan with butter and pour a cup of coffee from the porridge.
- Tilt the pan slightly so that the porridge spreads all over the bottom.
- Bake the crepe until lightly browned on both sides and then remove from the pan. Bake the rest of the crepes in the same way.
For the cannelloni
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter, onion and mushrooms (after chopping them) in a small saucepan until they wither.
- Shape the minced meat, form a pie and put it in the pan, pulling aside the remaining ingredients.
- Fry it for about 5 minutes on each side until it turns red and then chop it with a fork and add a cup of tea from the cheese sauce.
- Add a little salt and pepper and mix well. Put two spoons of the mixture on each crepe and roll them.
- Place them in a pyrex pan in a row. Pour over the rest of the cheese sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake in a medium to high oven for 25 minutes.
