Cannelloni with homemade crepe dough

Ingredients for 2-4 people

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 650 grams of minced meat
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated parmesan
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Pepper
  • Γάλα

Implementation

For crepes

  1. Mix the flour with the salt. Beat the eggs with a cup of milk and oil.
  2. Pour the mixture into the flour and beat the porridge until smooth.
  3. Grease a small pan with butter and pour a cup of coffee from the porridge.
  4. Tilt the pan slightly so that the porridge spreads all over the bottom.
  5. Bake the crepe until lightly browned on both sides and then remove from the pan. Bake the rest of the crepes in the same way.

For the cannelloni

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons butter, onion and mushrooms (after chopping them) in a small saucepan until they wither.
  2. Shape the minced meat, form a pie and put it in the pan, pulling aside the remaining ingredients.
  3. Fry it for about 5 minutes on each side until it turns red and then chop it with a fork and add a cup of tea from the cheese sauce.
  4. Add a little salt and pepper and mix well. Put two spoons of the mixture on each crepe and roll them.
  5. Place them in a pyrex pan in a row. Pour over the rest of the cheese sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake in a medium to high oven for 25 minutes.
