Ingredients
- 250 gr. ground beef
- 250 gr. Ground pork sausage
- 75 gr. breadcrumbs
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- Grated mozzarella
- 6 slices of bacon
- Barbecue sauce
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Put the minced meat, sausage, toast, onion, garlic and egg in a bowl and mix until you create a homogeneous dough.
- Shape the meatballs and create a dent in each of them with your thumb.
- Fill with the grated mozzarella and shape into balls again.
- Wrap each meatball in a slice of bacon and place in a pan with oil paste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, spread with the barbecue sauce and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Optionally, you can repeat brushing with the barbecue sauce and baking twice more for extra flavor.
