Chocolate cake in the cup

  • 4 tablespoons puffed flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • an egg
  • 3 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Implementation

  1. First mix the flour, sugar, cocoa in the cup, then put the egg, and mix well.
  2. Add the milk and oil and stir until it becomes a liquid cream.
  3. Place the cup in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
