- 4 abdomens cleaned
- 3-4 teaspoons of olive paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 sliced lemons
- 1 kg of potatoes cut in half
- 1 handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the abalone in a pan, then mix in the olive paste and half the oil.
- Pour the olive mixture over the fish, making sure the fish is covered inside and out.
- Add the lemon slices to the fish cavity.
- Then mix the potatoes with the rest of the oil and put them in the pan.
- Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
