  • 4 abdomens cleaned
  • 3-4 teaspoons of olive paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 sliced ​​lemons
  • 1 kg of potatoes cut in half
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped

Implementation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the abalone in a pan, then mix in the olive paste and half the oil.
  2. Pour the olive mixture over the fish, making sure the fish is covered inside and out.
  3. Add the lemon slices to the fish cavity.
  4. Then mix the potatoes with the rest of the oil and put them in the pan.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
