- 1 shot of brandy
- 2 vanilla
- 2-3 lightly beaten eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 3 cups milk
- 200 grams of merenda
- crumbled cookies optional
- 150 grams of cream cheese
- In the bucket of the mixer, beat the ingredients for the crepes, making a soft mixture.
- Heat a 30cm pan. Spread it with butter, pour spoons of the mixture to spread on the bottom, bake until golden brown, turn it with a spatula and on the other side.
- Once they are all ready, serve them by spreading a light layer of cream cheese and enough merenda on top.
- Finally, rub cookies on top and wrap the crepe.
