Crepes with chocolate and cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 shot of brandy
  • 2 vanilla
  • 2-3 lightly beaten eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 200 grams of merenda
  • crumbled cookies optional
  • 150 grams of cream cheese
  1. In the bucket of the mixer, beat the ingredients for the crepes, making a soft mixture.
  2. Heat a 30cm pan. Spread it with butter, pour spoons of the mixture to spread on the bottom, bake until golden brown, turn it with a spatula and on the other side.
  3. Once they are all ready, serve them by spreading a light layer of cream cheese and enough merenda on top.
  4. Finally, rub cookies on top and wrap the crepe.
