Ingredients

  • 2 cups refined watermelon tea
  • 1/4 cup Tea with fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups teaspoon of white sugar
  • 6 tbsp pectin powder

Implementation

Put the watermelon, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan, bring the mixture to a boil and stir.

Add the pectin and stir immediately to dissolve.

step 3

Lower the temperature and simmer the jam for 20 minutes, stirring gradually every minute.

step 4

Place in glass jars directly from the pot and store. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
