Ingredients
- 2 cups refined watermelon tea
- 1/4 cup Tea with fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups teaspoon of white sugar
- 6 tbsp pectin powder
Implementation

Put the watermelon, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan, bring the mixture to a boil and stir.

Add the pectin and stir immediately to dissolve.

Lower the temperature and simmer the jam for 20 minutes, stirring gradually every minute.

Place in glass jars directly from the pot and store. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
