Ingredients for 4 people
- 500 gr. chicken breast fillet cut into strips
- 1 cup chopped cabbage (crab)
- 1 carrot peeled and cut into thin slices (match size)
- 1 glass of corn
- Or a glass of peas
- 150 gr. egg noodles
Marinade for the chicken
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Or a teaspoon of pepper
Execution
- First we make the marinade by mixing all its ingredients together.
- Put the chicken in the marinade, cover it and leave it to marinate for three hours or in the fridge from the night before.
- When we are ready to cook, heat a large pan or a wok and add the chicken and its marinade.
- Cook, stirring, for a few minutes and add all the vegetables to the wok.
- Continue stirring for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften well.
- At the same time, put the noodles in a pot of boiling water for about seven to eight minutes, until they soften.
- Drain them and throw them in the pan with the chicken and vegetables.
- Stir and add a little more soy sauce if you prefer. Serve immediately.
