Noodles with chicken

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 500 gr. chicken breast fillet cut into strips
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage (crab)
  • 1 carrot peeled and cut into thin slices (match size)
  • 1 glass of corn
  • Or a glass of peas
  • 150 gr. egg noodles

Marinade for the chicken

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Or a teaspoon of pepper

Execution

  1. First we make the marinade by mixing all its ingredients together.
  2.  Put the chicken in the marinade, cover it and leave it to marinate for three hours or in the fridge from the night before.
  3. When we are ready to cook, heat a large pan or a wok and add the chicken and its marinade.
  4. Cook, stirring, for a few minutes and add all the vegetables to the wok.
  5. Continue stirring for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften well.
  6. At the same time, put the noodles in a pot of boiling water for about seven to eight minutes, until they soften.
  7. Drain them and throw them in the pan with the chicken and vegetables.
  8. Stir and add a little more soy sauce if you prefer. Serve immediately.
