Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup cream tea
- 1/2 cup tea milk
- 3/4 cup teaspoon sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder without sugar
- 30 gr. chopped dark chocolate
- 5 egg yolks
Implementation

Lightly mix the cream, milk, sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is well combined and the sugar has dissolved.

Bring to the boil and add the dark chocolate, stirring until melted.
step 3
Beat the yolks and add them to the mixture, until it boils for 1-2 minutes.
step 4
Transfer to an airtight container and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
