Ingredients for 6 people

  • 500 gr. flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons of tablespoon oil

  • honey
  • walnuts
  • cinnamon

Implementation

  1. In a bowl, first pour the flour and make a hole in the middle. There you will throw the eggs, sugar, oil and salt.
  2. Take a fork and start stirring from the inside out. When the dough is no longer mixed with the fork, it is time to knead.
  3. As you knead, the dough will become harder and harder. Once the ingredients are homogenized, make the dough into a roll.
  4. Take a knife and cut the dough into 5 equal parts. Then wrap each part separately with gelatin and put them in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
  5. When the 2 days have passed, take the dough out of the fridge and open each piece with a rolling pin in a very thin layer, about 60 cm x 60 cm.
  6. If you have the machine that opens the spaghetti dough, you can use it.
  7. Cut the dough into large rectangular strips and then draw diagonal lines to have small tables.
  8. Heat the oil, but do not burn it. Add a few doubles to prevent them from sticking and fry until golden.
  9. Collect them with a slotted spoon and put them on absorbent paper.
  10. Serve them on a plate and add honey, walnuts and cinnamon on top.
