Ingredients for 6 people
- 500 gr. flour
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons of tablespoon oil

Implementation
- In a bowl, first pour the flour and make a hole in the middle. There you will throw the eggs, sugar, oil and salt.
- Take a fork and start stirring from the inside out. When the dough is no longer mixed with the fork, it is time to knead.
- As you knead, the dough will become harder and harder. Once the ingredients are homogenized, make the dough into a roll.
- Take a knife and cut the dough into 5 equal parts. Then wrap each part separately with gelatin and put them in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
- When the 2 days have passed, take the dough out of the fridge and open each piece with a rolling pin in a very thin layer, about 60 cm x 60 cm.
- If you have the machine that opens the spaghetti dough, you can use it.
- Cut the dough into large rectangular strips and then draw diagonal lines to have small tables.
- Heat the oil, but do not burn it. Add a few doubles to prevent them from sticking and fry until golden.
- Collect them with a slotted spoon and put them on absorbent paper.
- Serve them on a plate and add honey, walnuts and cinnamon on top.
