Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 cup cranberry jam
- salt
- pepper
- 3 pieces of brisket, cut into four pieces
- 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Implementation
- Cut the meat into pieces and sauté it in a pan with olive oil.
- Quench with balsamic vinegar and simmer until the fillets are soft for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, pour the soy sauce into the pan along with the cranberry jam and let the sauce set.
- Finally, serve the brisket with the sauce and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
