Ingredients
- 1 kg of lamb
- Salt Pepper
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 8 whole garlic cloves
- 3/4 cup grated tea toast
- 1/4 cup teaspoon of fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan tea
- 1 1/2 tbsp mustard
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper and heat in a pan 4 tbsp olive oil.
- Once the oil is warm, add the garlic and lamb and sauté on all sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the lamb from the pan and place it in a pan.
- Place the sauteed garlic in a food processor and add the breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan, rosemary and 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Beat the ingredients until you get a homogeneous paste and place the mixture on a large surface.
- Brush the lamb with the mustard and pass all the sides of the meat through the mixture with the herbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes and let it rest before cutting.
