Roast lamb with aromatic herbs and garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of lamb
  • Salt Pepper
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 whole garlic cloves
  • 3/4 cup grated tea toast
  • 1/4 cup teaspoon of fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan tea
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mustard

Implementation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper and heat in a pan 4 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Once the oil is warm, add the garlic and lamb and sauté on all sides for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove the lamb from the pan and place it in a pan.
  5. Place the sauteed garlic in a food processor and add the breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan, rosemary and 1 tbsp olive oil.
  6. Beat the ingredients until you get a homogeneous paste and place the mixture on a large surface.
  7. Brush the lamb with the mustard and pass all the sides of the meat through the mixture with the herbs.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes and let it rest before cutting.
