Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic melted
- 450 gr. baby carrots
- 8 boneless chicken legs
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1/2 cup tea balsamic vinegar
- 1 onion, sliced
- 450 gr. green beans
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
Implementation
step 1
Pour the olive oil and garlic at the bottom of a hull.

Place the baby carrots and the chicken on top.
step 3
Season with salt and pepper and add the garlic powder, basil and vinegar.
step 4
Place the sliced onion on top of the chicken and cover with the lid.
step 5
Cook for 4 hours on low heat.
step 6
In the last 30 minutes add the green beans.
step 7
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
