Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic melted
  • 450 gr. baby carrots
  • 8 boneless chicken legs
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 cup tea balsamic vinegar
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 450 gr. green beans
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

Implementation

Pour the olive oil and garlic at the bottom of a hull.

Place the baby carrots and the chicken on top.

Season with salt and pepper and add the garlic powder, basil and vinegar.

Place the sliced ​​onion on top of the chicken and cover with the lid.

Cook for 4 hours on low heat.
