Roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower cut along the core into 4 "steaks"
  • 1/4 cup tea olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, melted
  • 1 pinch of red pepper flakes to taste
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the cauliflower "steaks" in a pan with oil paste.

In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

step 3

Brush the cauliflower "steaks" with half the mixture with a cooking brush.

step 4

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, turn gently with the remaining oil mixture and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
