Yellow pumpkin bread with chocolate

Sweet, autumn treat

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
  • 1 cups teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tbsp grated cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 1 package of yellow pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup teaspoon melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Tea with chocolate tears

Implementation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and prepare an elongated form, lightly buttering.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree with the eggs and butter.
  4. Add the chocolate tears, mix again and pour the mixture into the one with the flour.
  5. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous and place in the mold.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
