Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 1 cups teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp grated cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1 package of yellow pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup teaspoon melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Tea with chocolate tears
Implementation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and prepare an elongated form, lightly buttering.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree with the eggs and butter.
- Add the chocolate tears, mix again and pour the mixture into the one with the flour.
- Stir until the mixture is homogeneous and place in the mold.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
