Ingredients
- 190 gr. yoghurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- A little pepper
- 1 tbsp. chili
- 1 avocado in pieces
- 2 boiled chicken fillets and cut into pieces
- 1 sprig of celery cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp onion cut into cubes
- Salt
- Coriander for garnish
Implementation
- Put the yogurt, lime juice, salt and chili in a blender and beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Add half the avocado and beat again.
- In a bowl place the chicken, the yogurt sauce you just made, the celery and the rest of the avocado, the onion and the salt and mix well.
- Serve in two slices of bread and garnish with fresh coriander.
