Chicken salad with avocado

Ingredients

  • 190 gr. yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • A little pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chili
  • 1 avocado in pieces
  • 2 boiled chicken fillets and cut into pieces
  • 1 sprig of celery cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp onion cut into cubes
  • Salt
  • Coriander for garnish

Implementation

  1. Put the yogurt, lime juice, salt and chili in a blender and beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
  2. Add half the avocado and beat again.
  3. In a bowl place the chicken, the yogurt sauce you just made, the celery and the rest of the avocado, the onion and the salt and mix well.
  4. Serve in two slices of bread and garnish with fresh coriander.
