Ingredients
- 450 gr. spaghetti
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic melted
- 1/4 cup chopped tea anchovies
- 1 cup crouton tea
- 1 cup teaspoon of fresh chopped parsley
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
Implementation

Boil the pasta according to the instructions.

Meanwhile, in a pan, heat the olive oil over medium to high heat and sauté the garlic with the anchovies for 2 minutes, stirring gradually.

Add the croutons and remove from the heat.

Add the black pepper and fresh parsley and mix.

Mix the pasta with the sauce, serve and garnish with grated Parmesan.
