Sicilian spaghetti with anchovies

Ingredients

  • 450 gr. spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped tea anchovies
  • 1 cup crouton tea
  • 1 cup teaspoon of fresh chopped parsley
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan

Implementation

step 1

Boil the pasta according to the instructions.

Meanwhile, in a pan, heat the olive oil over medium to high heat and sauté the garlic with the anchovies for 2 minutes, stirring gradually.

step 3

Add the croutons and remove from the heat.

step 4

Add the black pepper and fresh parsley and mix.

Mix the pasta with the sauce, serve and garnish with grated Parmesan.
