Ingredients
- 1 cup Tea of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. grated ginger
- 4 cups of hot water
Implementation
step 1
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey and spices. Mix well to mix as much as possible.
step 2
Pour the hot water into four separate glasses, about 1 cup each.
step 3
Fill each with 1/4 of the mixture with the spices and lemon juice, mix well and enjoy.
