Make a delicious and nutritious salad with tuna, avocado and pomegranate for an appetizer even for a main meal!

Servings: 4

  • 1 bunch of arugula washed, drained and cut
  • 1 lettuce, cut
  • ½ cabbage (crab), finely chopped
  • ½ bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 150 gr. quinoa, boiled
  • 200 gr. tuna in water, drained
  • 1 pomegranate, peeled
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

For the dressing

  • 4 and others olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 and others honey
  • 1 and others lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Execution method

For the dressing

  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.

For assembly

  • Transfer the salads to a salad bowl, add the avocado, tuna, quinoa and pomegranate, pour over the dressing and mix.
  • Serve the salad immediately.
