Thai soup with noodles and salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 200 gr. rice noodles
  • 125 gr. red curry paste
  • 800 ml of coconut milk
  • 250 gr. Chinese cabbage bok choi

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to the grill and cook the salmon for about 8-10 minutes.

Put the noodles in a bowl and fill with hot water that you have heated in the kettle. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Heat the curry paste in a saucepan for 1 minute and add the coconut milk and 400 ml of water.

Stir and bring to a boil.

step 5

Strain the noodles and add them together with the cabbage to the pot with the curry and mix.

Serve in a bowl and add the salmon.
