Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups teaspoon flour
- 2 cup teaspoon corn
- 1/2 cup grated tea with cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup teaspoon of fresh chopped chives
- 1/2 cup tea milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup teaspoon oil for frying
Implementation

Place the ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium to high heat.

Take two tablespoons of the mixture to create each pancake and pour them into the oil.

Fry for about 1,5 minutes until they turn brown and turn over on the other side

Repeat for all the pancakes.

Serve with a spoonful of cream cheese and chives.
