Corn pancakes with cheddar

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups teaspoon flour
  • 2 cup teaspoon corn
  • 1/2 cup grated tea with cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup teaspoon of fresh chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup tea milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup teaspoon oil for frying

Implementation

step 1

Place the ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.

step 3

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium to high heat.

step 4

Take two tablespoons of the mixture to create each pancake and pour them into the oil.

step 5

Fry for about 1,5 minutes until they turn brown and turn over on the other side

step 6

Repeat for all the pancakes.

step 7

Serve with a spoonful of cream cheese and chives.
