Tortellini with yogurt sauce and paprika

Ingredients for 2-4 people

  • Or kilos of tortellini pasta
  • Άνι cup of fresh butter
  • 1 clove of garlic melted
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • parsley

Implementation

  1. Boil the tortellini according to the instructions and the packaging times.
  2. Once they are ready, strain them.
  3. Boil half the butter with the garlic and pour over the spaghetti.
  4. Add the yogurt.
  5. Boil the remaining butter with the paprika and pour it over the tortellini.
  6. If you want, you can decorate the dish with parsley leaves.
