For the glaze with avocado
- 2 very ripe and soft avocados, cut into pieces
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 gr. honey
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 50 gr. cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- ½ κ.γ. coffee (espresso)
Execution method
For the chocolate glaze with avocado
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and beat until smooth and have a smooth result.
- Put the icing in the fridge until needed.
For the cake
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease and sprinkle with cocoa a mold (cake pan without hole).
- Put the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, coffee and salt in a bowl and mix.
- In another bowl add the remaining ingredients and mix with a whisk until the ingredients are homogenous

Method
For the avocado frosting
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix together, stopping to scrape down the sides once or twice.
- Place the frosting in the fridge.
For the cake
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C fan and grease a round cake pan without a hole in the middle with olive oil and dust with some cocoa powder.
