Ingredients for 6 people

  • 6 ripe kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 250 grams of sour cream
  • 125 ml of milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 6 eggs divided into egg whites and yolks
  • 2 extra egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 150 grams of flour

Implementation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with upper and lower heat. Separate the 6 egg yolks from the egg whites.
  2. In the mixing bowl, beat the yolks with the water and sugar on medium speed until the mixture turns white.
  3. Sift and add the flour little by little and mix carefully with a slotted spoon.
  4. Also beat the egg whites and add them.
  5. Pour the dough into a pan, in which you have previously laid non-stick paper and bake it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  6. Soften the gelatin in cold water. Mix the remaining 2 yolks, lemon zest, salt, sugar and milk in a baking pan until a firm cream is formed.
  7. Dissolve the jelly in the cream. Leave the cream at room temperature.
  8. Whip the cream. Mix the cream cheese with the firm cream and carefully add the cream.
  9. Spread the cream on the fluffy dough and garnish with the sliced ​​kiwis. Sprinkle with icing sugar or syrup of your choice and serve.
