- 3 tomatoes
- 2 beets cut into cubes
- chopped lettuce
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh coriander
- 60 grams of crushed slice
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Wash the tomatoes and remove the seeds, keeping only the outside.
- Cut the onion and tomatoes and beets into cubes. Mash the garlic and finely chop the coriander.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients, add the chopped lettuce, salt and sprinkle with crushed feta. Leave in the fridge for a while and serve.
