Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 1/2 cup teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1 cup soft tea butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups tea crystal sugar
- 1/2 cup tea with lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

In a bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of flour with the icing sugar.

Cut the butter into cubes and add it to the mixture, stirring well until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Place the dough in a pan, spread evenly and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with 4 tablespoons of flour, lemon juice and zest for at least a minute.

Place the mixture on top of the baked dough and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Allow to cool, cut into cubes and garnish with icing sugar.
