Ingredients
- 700 gr. minced meat (mixed)
- 3-4 slices of stale bread, dipped in a little wine, preferably red
- 2 eggs
- 1 flitz. chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- a little cinnamon for shaping and for the sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 4-5 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and grated
- 2 grated onions
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3-4 whole grains
- oil
- salt
- a little cumin
- some red wine
- 1 garlic clove
Implementation

First, knead the minced meat and then let the mixture stand for at least 1 hour to mix the aromas and flavors.

Then shape the soutzoukaki by dipping your hands in wine or vinegar and fry them.

In the meantime you have put in the oven in a pan the tomato, the onion, a little of the oil you fried, a little red wine, a little cumin, the garlic, the cinnamon, the salt and pepper, the sugar and the spice to boil

Put the soutzoukaki in the sauce pan that is already hot and so they do not crack. Continue until the sauce sets
