Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 strips of lemon zest (from 1 lemon), cut into thin slices
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 20 large peeled shrimp
- 2 cups teaspoon baby spinach
- 1/4 cup crushed tea slice
Implementation

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and lemon zest until they start to brown, about 1 minute.

Add the tomato sauce and simmer. Place the shrimp in the pan and cook covered, for 3 minutes.

Add the spinach and cook until it starts to wither, for another 1 to 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve with bread.
