Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise tea
- 1 kg mustard
- 1/4 fl. of tea finely chopped spring onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Implementation
step 1
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

Bring the water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
step 3
Cover the pot with the lid and leave the eggs in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
step 5
Place the chopped eggs in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, mustard and spring onion.
step 6
Add salt, pepper and paprika, mix and serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
