Empty Maid Position

Position description:
Kamariera will provide cleaning services in the houses and the private club of the complex as well as in the common areas, according to the company standards and corresponding instructions.
Tasks of the position:
- Takes care of the impeccable cleaning and excellent arrangement of the houses, corridors, complex parts and common areas
- Prepares the clothing needs of the houses for the specified cleaning program of the apartments (linens, pillows, bath items, etc.) and necessary equipment, following the defined service procedures
- Defines, supervises and coordinates the linen process in collaboration with an internal Laundry partner.
- Assists with all department-related tasks, takes care of all department departments, is consistent with daily to-do list, and provides excellent guest service
- Welcomes customers in a friendly mood, and knows the rules of operation of the accommodation, so that it is able to answer questions and give clarifications to guests, if and when needed
- Reports any damage or deterioration it notices to its supervisor for repair
- Maintains equipment in good condition, and reports any deficiencies, damage or safety issues
- Complies with health and safety regulations, and adheres to corporate policies & operating procedures
Necessary Qualifications, Skills & Values:
- At least three (3) years of professional experience as a waitress in a high standard hotel environment (Desired previous service in 4 or 5 star hotels)
- Good Greek or English or Russian (oral)
- Sense of duty and work in a team environment, with Activity, Respect & Discipline, Professionalism & Responsibility, with ability to effectively organize tasks and time management
- Attention to detail, observation and method, with flexibility, cooperation, ethics & communication
- Taking individual initiatives and composure in stressful conditions
- Love and devotion in the field of Housekeeping with emphasis on providing hygiene and safety in common areas and customer apartments
- Good physical condition
