Adrianou Chimarrou Louka from Sotira is 89 years old and has 7 children, 23 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. On the occasion of Mother's Day, she tells about the upbringing of the children, the difficulties of life in the past and the fact that she is perhaps the first woman in Sotira to drive a car, and even a Land Rover.
She also recounts the difficulties she went through raising her children during the EOKA struggle, when her husband, blessed Kyriakos Loukas, was one of the fighters of the national liberation struggle, as well as during the invasion.
