1st day:
Morning: 1 glass of milk (1,5% fat) with ½ cup of muesli
Decimal: 1 fruit (banana)
Lunch: 120gr. grilled or boiled fish, 1 small baked potato, 1 salad with 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 slice of bread
Afternoon: 1 cup of yogurt (2% fat) with 1 fruit or 3 prunes
Dinner: 1 sandwich with 30gr. low-fat cheese and tomato, 1 small green salad (with 1 tbsp olive oil)
2st day:
Morning: 1 glass of milk (1,5% fat), 1 thin slice of bread with 1 tbsp. honey
Decimal: 1 fruit
Lunch: 1 λι flitz. Τσαγ. Spinach or risotto with mushrooms and vegetables, 1 slice of bread, 30 gr. feta cheese or 60 gr. lean cheese
Afternoon: 1 yogurt (2% fat) with 2 tbsp nuts
Dinner: 120gr. grilled brisket, 1 green salad with 1 tbsp olive oil
3st day:
Breakfast: 1 glass of fresh orange juice, 1 slice of rye bread, 30gr. low fat cheese
Decimal: 1 glass of fresh juice
Lunch: 120 gr. grilled chicken or turkey fillet, 1 serving of salad with 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 small boiled or roasted potato or ½ cup of tea. Rice, 1 slice of bread (30g)
Afternoon: 1 fruit or 1 glass of milk (1,5% fat)
Dinner: 1 toast (white or black bread, without butter) with 1 slice of lean toast cheese and 1 slice of boiled turkey, 1 small green salad (with 1 tbsp olive oil)
