According to Havadis, the "municipality" commissioned Nihat Ondal, curator of the Underwater Museum in Gaziantep, Turkey, to carry out a study on the subject in ancient Salamis, which was done and the Turkish scientist has submitted his study. to UNESCO, on behalf of the "municipality" of Agios Sergios.

The "mayor" of Agios Sergios, Katip Demir, said that if their application is accepted, the name of Agios Sergios and the "tdbk" - as the pseudo-state called it - will be heard all over the world. There are, he added, three underwater museums in the world and this will be the fourth.
