According to the Turkish Press, the Turkish Famagusta initiative, the Central Famagusta Center and the UCN movement described the operation of this organized beach as a "monument of racism", which continues to operate in the same way as last year. In their joint announcement, the three organizations called for measures to be taken so that everyone has access to the beach, regardless of national origin. Until every person can access the beach in question, the three organizations call on the people and especially the Turkish Cypriots to boycott the beach and not go to it.
