A 16-year-old student from Sotira was injured this morning in a car accident in Avgorou.
According to the information provided by Famagusta.News, today at around 7:40 in the morning, the 16-year-old student was riding his motorcycle on Panagioti Vrakas Street in Avgorou in the direction of the Technical and Agricultural School of Avgorou.
A car driven by a woman from Avgorou, while trying to make a right turn towards Independence Street, interrupted the course of the 16-year-old's motorcycle, as a result of which it collided with the car and jumped into its rear.
The young student was transported by ambulance to the First Aid Department of Famagusta General Hospital. According to the first information, he has head and leg injuries while his health condition does not cause concern.
