They start on Saturday, August 11 in Ayia Napa and will last until Sunday, August 12, the two-day events of 2th Cypriot Tastes Festival and Exhibition of Traditional Products. The inauguration will be performed by the Minister of Interior Konstantinos Petridis.
The Festival is organized by the Municipality of Ayia Napa in collaboration with the Center for the Promotion of Traditional Tastes and will take place on the street in front of the Municipal Museum "Thalassa" and the Amphitheater of the Museum.
There will be kiosks with genuine traditional Cypriot products and delicacies, some of which will be prepared on site and so the public will have the opportunity to enjoy the flavors of our place.
You will also enjoy the rich artistic program that has been prepared especially for this purpose and which includes traditional music, songs and dances, traditional folk poetry and tsiattista as well as Folk, Rebetiki music and songs.
Participating are the Dance Club of the Municipality of Ayia Napa and "Kimon" Xylotympos, the Music Group "Konstantinos Tziovannis and his company", the Dance Group "Aradippos" the Music Group "Hesiod", the Dance Group of "Stafou" and the Youth Choir "The Little Rebetes" and the Dance Group "Rhythm".
The events start at 6.00 pm and will last until midnight. Admission is free for the public.
