The Municipality of Paralimni organizes the first Spring Festival which will take place during the months of March, April and May.
The first Spring Festival comes to present various cultural events for young and old.
The festival program will include music and dance events as well as theatrical performances, while parallel events will take place that will be part of the Famagusta Carnival as well as the Easter events organized by the Municipality of Paralimni.
The Municipality of Paralimni requests professional artists to send proposals for the organization and presentation of Artistic Events during the Municipality's Spring Festival.
In detail, the invitation of the Municipality of Paralimni to submit artistic proposals
The Municipality of Paralimni accepts proposals from professional event organizers, music groups, theater troupes, dance groups, production offices, individual artists, organized cultural ensembles and cultural bodies for the organization and presentation of Artistic Events during the Spring Festival of the Municipality of Paralimni (March – May 2024). .
The invitation is open to all actions / events concerning: musical concerts, theatrical performances, dance performances, art exhibitions and in general events that promote culture, letters and the arts.
Proposals must be sent by e-mail, necessarily completing the relevant form which is posted on the link at the end of the announcement by Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 12:00 pm to the address info@paralimni.org.cy and to the title of the message should include the phrase: "Expression of Interest for the Organization and Execution of Artistic Events at the Spring Festival of the Municipality of Paralimni 2024".
The right to submit proposals is for companies, musical ensembles, organizations, which are legally active in the field of organizing and carrying out concerts and/or music and dance, or theater programs, for the general public and have their headquarters in Cyprus. Natural or legal persons operating legally in Cyprus also have the right to submit proposals. The Municipality of Paralimni has every right to request from the interested parties a certificate from a competent Authority confirming the registration of their company and/or their legal activity in Cyprus.
The proposals that will be submitted must be fully completed, with all necessary documents and information requested in the form that is posted on the link at the end of the announcement.
Proposals must be drafted and submitted in the Greek language. Interested parties may submit one or more proposals or event modules.
No proposal submitted late will be accepted. The Municipality of Paralimni is not obliged to accept the proposal / proposals with the lowest price or any other proposal. The Municipality of Paralimni reserves every right to give priority to proposals that do not involve a charge to the Municipality but are provided free of charge. All proposals will be evaluated in the context of the budget of the Municipality of Paralimni.
