On September 1, 2022 at 19:00, the Larnaca Police Department received information regarding a person in danger in the marine area near Cabo Greco.
The KSED immediately mobilized the Fire Service of the Famagusta Station, a speed boat of the Port and Maritime Police as well as an ambulance of the Ambulance Service of the State Health Services Organization (OKYPY).
The 23-year-old woman of Swiss origin, who was injured due to the fall, was given first aid, stabilized on a stretcher and transferred to Famagusta General Hospital for further treatment.
